While I’ve been living on North Carolina’s beautiful coast for close to a decade, I was actually born on the other side of the big pond and have lived on various continents. I love to travel and enjoy meeting new people. Coincidentally, this natural curiosity has taught me to always consider various perspectives and communicate effectively across cultures and language barriers.

Besides being a sucker for healthy living, I’m a mommy to two wild boys, avid baker (nobody can beat my cheesecake skills, I tell ya), and I love to devour books & write.

Having obtained a Master of Science and a certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, I very much enjoyed working in clinical research and new drug development.
